We’re seeking a passionate Quality & Production Specialist to ensure the excellence of our jute bag and reusable sanitary pad production, directly impacting the lives of vulnerable communities.

Your Impact:

  • Champion Quality: Uphold stringent quality standards for all products, minimizing rejection rates and ensuring consistent excellence.
  • Production Prowess: Oversee all aspects of quality control, from raw material verification to final product inspection and timely shipment.
  • Empowerment through Training: Identify and address trainee skill gaps, fostering a supportive learning environment that maximizes individual potential.
  • Operational Excellence: Manage finished goods dispatch, inventory reconciliation, and contribute to seamless production workflows.
  • Adaptable Contributor: Embrace diverse responsibilities as assigned by the project management unit, demonstrating flexibility and a proactive approach.

Your Expertise:

  • Education:
    • Diploma in Textile, Productivity & Quality Management, Fashion Design, Apparel, or Merchandising.
    • Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in any field with a Certificate in GPQ/Quality Control/Quality Control Management.
    • (Extensive relevant experience may substitute formal education).
  • Experience:
    • Minimum 2 years’ experience within the textile, fashion, apparel, or production-based sectors, ideally within the RMG or Jute handicraft industry, or with NGOs/INGOs.
    • Prior experience in livelihood training and production is highly valued.
  • Skills:
    • Proven ability to implement and maintain quality control systems.
    • Strong understanding of textile manufacturing processes.
    • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
    • Fluency in the local language is a significant advantage.
    • Experience working with NGOs or Development Agencies is a plus.
