Your Impact:
- Champion Quality: Uphold stringent quality standards for all products, minimizing rejection rates and ensuring consistent excellence.
- Production Prowess: Oversee all aspects of quality control, from raw material verification to final product inspection and timely shipment.
- Empowerment through Training: Identify and address trainee skill gaps, fostering a supportive learning environment that maximizes individual potential.
- Operational Excellence: Manage finished goods dispatch, inventory reconciliation, and contribute to seamless production workflows.
- Adaptable Contributor: Embrace diverse responsibilities as assigned by the project management unit, demonstrating flexibility and a proactive approach.
Your Expertise:
- Education:
- Diploma in Textile, Productivity & Quality Management, Fashion Design, Apparel, or Merchandising.
- Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in any field with a Certificate in GPQ/Quality Control/Quality Control Management.
- (Extensive relevant experience may substitute formal education).
- Experience:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience within the textile, fashion, apparel, or production-based sectors, ideally within the RMG or Jute handicraft industry, or with NGOs/INGOs.
- Prior experience in livelihood training and production is highly valued.
- Skills:
- Proven ability to implement and maintain quality control systems.
- Strong understanding of textile manufacturing processes.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Fluency in the local language is a significant advantage.
- Experience working with NGOs or Development Agencies is a plus.
