Your Mission:
As a Project Implementation Specialist (OG II – PO), you’ll be the linchpin in our branch development process, ensuring seamless execution from conception to completion. You’ll navigate the complexities of site selection, design implementation, and vendor management, all while maintaining a laser focus on quality and efficiency.
What You’ll Do:
- Pioneer New Locations: Embark on dynamic site visits to identify and evaluate potential branch locations.
- Architectural Visionary: Craft detailed floor plans and compelling 3D designs, translating strategic vision into tangible blueprints.
- Strategic Procurement: Initiate Requests for Quotation (RFQs) to secure top-tier interior vendors.
- On-Site Overseer: Supervise construction activities, guaranteeing adherence to design specifications and budget parameters.
- Progress Navigator: Deliver timely progress reports to stakeholders and manage the intricate process of running bill payments.
- Collaborative Liaison: Foster strong relationships with procurement, digital solutions, and branding teams.
- Equipment Integration: Oversee the testing and commissioning of essential equipment.
- Seamless Transition: Facilitate the smooth handover of completed premises to stakeholders.
- Financial Stewardship: Conduct meticulous final bill reviews and process retention payments.
- Post-Implementation Support: Provide crucial support during the warranty period, ensuring long-term project success.
Your Toolkit:
- A bachelor’s degree from a recognized university, preferably in Civil/EEE engineering or a related field.
- A minimum of three years of hands-on experience, ideally within the banking sector.
- Proven mastery of AutoCAD 2D.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation prowess.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel and PowerPoint).
- A self-driven, customer-centric, and collaborative spirit, with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
