Major Duties and responsibilities:
Receive daily collection and deposit in Bank and update accounts receivable regularly through SAP (ERP Software)
Preparing daily accounts statement and weekly institutional statement
Maintain petty cash, pay advances for official purpose against approval and ensure its adjustment
Prepare summary of all kind of bill & voucher of depot expenses
Maintain record of all fixed assets and stock of stationary expenses
Monitor credit position on regular basis
Perform Accounts Reconciliation Process
Pre-requisite to apply:
B.Com/B.B.S/B.B.A (Accounting background)
Basic computer knowledge (MS office)
Within 32 years of age
Salary Range : Attractive remuneration package will be offered.
